WintEdge Technology provides digital services, including:

- Branding and related digital services
The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for a project will be agreed upon before work begins.
Project Scope
Each project is based on the requirements agreed between WintEdge and the client.
Additional work, features, revisions, integrations, or changes outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and/or an adjusted delivery timeline.
We will communicate significant scope changes with the client before proceeding.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, credentials, approvals, and other materials reasonably required to complete the project.
Delays in providing required materials, feedback, or approvals may affect the project timeline.
Clients must ensure that they have the legal right to provide any content, images, trademarks, software, or other materials supplied to WintEdge.
Payments
Project fees, deposits, milestones, recurring charges, and payment schedules will be agreed before or during the project.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Work may begin after the required initial payment is received.
- Additional work outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.
- Final website files, access, or deliverables may be withheld until outstanding payments are settled.
- Recurring services may be suspended if payments remain overdue.
All payments are subject to the agreed project terms.
Revisions & Approvals
The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the agreed scope.
Once a design, page, feature, or project milestone has been approved, significant changes to previously approved work may be treated as additional work.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.
Website Hosting & Third-Party Services
WintEdge may work with third-party platforms and services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, plugins, APIs, Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, analytics platforms, CRM systems, and AI services.
Third-party services are subject to their own terms, pricing, availability, and policies.
WintEdge is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, security incidents, or failures caused by third-party platforms.
AI & Automation Services
Some WintEdge services may use AI technologies, automation platforms, APIs, or third-party AI providers.
AI-generated or automated outputs may require human review and may not always be completely accurate.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving business-critical content, communications, decisions, and automated workflows before deployment.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client receives ownership of the final custom deliverables after all applicable project payments have been completed.
Third-party software, plugins, themes, stock assets, fonts, APIs, platforms, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licences.
WintEdge retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, systems, processes, reusable components, frameworks, and development methods.
Portfolio & Marketing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, WintEdge may display completed work, project screenshots, and the client’s business name or logo in its portfolio, case studies, website, and marketing materials.
Clients may request that specific confidential projects are excluded from public display.
Maintenance & Support
Where maintenance or support services are purchased, the exact services and response times will depend on the selected package or agreement.
Maintenance does not guarantee that a website will never experience bugs, downtime, security issues, or compatibility problems.
Third-party updates and changes may occasionally require additional work.
Cancellation & Termination
Either party may request cancellation of a project or ongoing service according to the applicable project agreement.
Fees for work already completed, approved milestones, purchased third-party services, or non-refundable expenses may remain payable.
For recurring services, cancellation will generally take effect at the end of the current paid service period unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
WintEdge will make reasonable efforts to provide professional and reliable services.
However, we cannot guarantee specific business results, sales, rankings, leads, conversions, revenue, or other commercial outcomes from website development, SEO, marketing, automation, or related services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WintEdge will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Confidentiality
We respect confidential business information shared during a project and will take reasonable steps to keep such information confidential.
Confidentiality obligations do not generally apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, already known, or required to be disclosed by law.
Website Use
You agree not to use WintEdge.com for unlawful activities, to attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website functionality, distribute malicious code, or misuse any content or functionality provided through the website.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
Any changes will be published on this page with an updated Last Updated date.
Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the applicable laws of India, unless otherwise agreed in a written contract between WintEdge and the client.
Any dispute will be subject to the applicable jurisdiction agreed between the parties or otherwise determined under applicable law.
